Getting Started
at Thames

Thames International invites eligible candidates to apply, regardless of race, nationality or gender. The school seeks to attract candidates who have: good academic and leadership potential, extra-curricular interests, a desire to pursue a career in business, and a vision of a more just and equitable society.

(Note: College freshmen applicants to enter at the start of Fall Intake in August but may be required to take Foundation courses in June. Transfer students are welcome to apply at any intake.)

Step 1

Accomplish the online application form

Please make sure that you have an active mobile number and email address.

For offline application, the Application form can be downloaded here. The form should be submitted in person to the Admissions Office, along with the document requirements (bring original and 1 photocopy) and pay the Admission Application Fee.

Pay the Admission Application Fee of P600

Payment channels:

  • Pay at School’s Cashier
  • Direct bank deposit at any of the following banks:

*Indicate in the deposit slip your complete name, scan and email to student.services@thames.edu.ph.

After payment, log back in the system using the following credentials:

Login: +63________________ (mobile number you registered, in international format)

Password: ________________ (as you created in Step 1)

Step 2

Upload required documents

After submitting your application, you will receive an email indicating the next steps. You will be asked to submit your updated resume, cover letter and copy of most recent grade for initial Evaluation via Email to our Admissions officer.

Step 3

Pay the corresponding application fee via bank deposit or personally at the Thames Campus cashier.

Step 4

Wait for an email, SMS or a phone call from our staff to have you scheduled for an interview, or as to when you will be receiving your Acceptance Letter.

Step 5

Once Acceptance Letter is received, bring the letter to Thames International campus along with any other requirements.

List of requirements, as applicable:

  1. Copy of most recent grades
  2. Two Recommendation letters from school authorities
  3. NSO birth certificate
  4. Two 2″x2″ colored ID pictures (white background)
  5. Certificate of Transfer / Honorable Dismissal (for transfer students)
    For International Students who are not coming from a Philippine educational institution, the above also apply and have the following additional requirements:
  6. Copy of passport
  7. Certified translation (c/o consulate or embassy) of any pertinent documents not in English
  8. Results of IELTS/TOEFL or equivalent

Step 4

Payment

Pay the confirmation fee of Php 3,000 at the cashier to secure your slot.
