Thames International was established in 1999 in the Philippines originally as a British College offering degree programs in partnership with UK Universities. In 2005, Thames launched the pioneering Entrepreneurship bachelor’s degree in Southeast Asia under the Entrepreneurs School of Asia. 

Built on a mission to transform education, Thames blends personalized learning, global exposure, and practical work experience to equip students with the skills they need to thrive in the 21st century. 

Today the institution is composed of its 1) Senior High School Division, its 2) Higher Education Division with both Philippine Degrees and the Global Degree Transfer Program with partner universities in US, UK, Ireland, France, Japan, Australia and Singapore, and its 3) Thames Extension, its Industry-linked training division.

The pioneering program of Thames in entrepreneurship education continues on with its being appointed as the official Philippine national chapter for the UNESCO Entrepreneurship Education Network (EE-NET) last April 2024.
